This delightful collaged paper mache hot air balloon is a one-of-a-kind collectible designed to champion the gorgeous vintage nostalgia of Natural History Etchings with an emphasis on botany and bringing the written word and illustrations into the round. The aged pages of this 135 year old perfectly imperfect book complement the old-world idea of hot air ballooning and adventure and feels befitting of going where the wind takes you! I hang mine from a hook on the ceiling of my studio, but it is easily hung from a hook under a shelf or slipped onto a hook and dug into an indoor plant, one of my collectors has hung hers in front of a mirror so it can be seen from all angles – so clever! – it is up to your imagination and may it inspire it also.
