QUEEN BEE
For all the Queen Bees or Worker Bees out there, I have created some miniature bee hive book sculptures to celebrate the contribution these important bee-ings make to our environment and in turn the people in our lives that are royally deserving of this reminder.
This listing shows the limited edition collection I have made carved from different vintage books. Each one turns inside-out a little differently, sometimes the sculpture captures the blank edges and sometimes they are carved through the lettering giving each one an individuality of tones. No single sculpture is alike.
PLEASE WRITE IN THE MESSAGE SECTION WHICH BOOK YOU WOULD PREFER. The first photo shows the hive, the second photo thereafter shows what is written on the base of the sculpture and so forth. All the information of the book it was carved from is on the base so that its’ history is always kept with it. All bees are double- sided so that they can be viewed from all angles.
If no message is left, I will send you a surprise one from the collection.

The rounded square glass cloche measures approx. 6cm square and is 8.5cm tall.
These sculptures were created to use up any paper removed in the making of my Secret Vintage Booksafes. I try not to waste any of the paper i carve out and these endearing three dimensional book sculptures were the result. They are a wonderful dimension on your bookshelf for the bookish amongst us.
